We receive information about you in connection with health coverage claims from third parties providing benefits and services under your coverage, including providers of medical services and claims administrators. This information may include, among other things, medical services bills and medical record information.

From time to time, we may disclose information to fulfill certain legal and regulatory requirements or if we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect others’ rights or to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity. Further, in the event Relation is subject to a merger or acquisition, we may provide information to the new owners of the business. Disclosure may also be required for company audits or to investigate a complaint or security threat.
