Relation Insurance Acquires Napa Valley Insurance
Walnut Creek, Calif., January 10, 2023 — Relation Insurance Services, Inc. (“Relation”) acquired the assets of Napa Valley Insurance. (“Napa”). The transaction went into effect on December 1, 2022; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Offering a full range of insurance products including commercial lines, personal lines, and employee benefits, Napa Valley Insurance is based in Napa Valley, California, with an additional location in Sonoma, California. Co-owners Mike Hogin and Pam Hogin will continue running the offices as a valuable part of the Relation family of brands.
