As the Benefits Specialist, you will have your hands in a little bit of everything from day-to-day benefits administration to partnering with the HR team on process improvement! The Benefits Specialist is responsible for the day to day administration of the Relation health & program and working directly with the Benefits team to maintain efficient processes and procedures.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Relation’s employee benefits programs, including but not limited to: health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, workers’ compensation, life insurance, travel and accident plan, health savings account and 401(k)
  • Maintain benefit platform in HRIS system which includes accuracy of carrier connections and election reporting
  • Be the subject matter expert for all benefit reporting
  • Create and maintain accuracy of monthly benefit invoicing
  • Assist the Benefits team in facilitation of company COVID processes and continuously monitor COVID related regulations
  • Facilitate monthly benefit orientation for new hires and acquisitions
  • Partner with other HR Coordinators on various projects and initiatives that support the business and department

Requirements

Qualifications include:

  • College degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3 or more years of health and welfare administration experience
  • Experience with HRIS systems required
