POSITION SUMMARY

The Direct Bill Commissions clerk will provide accounting and general administrative support and is responsible for the processing of direct bill commission statements.


A GLIMPSE INTO THE POSITION 

•Processes benefits, personal and commercial lines direct bill commissions.  Searches customers and policy numbers and enters premiums and commissions from statements received from insurance carriers.

•General administrative duties such as printing to digital files, scanning, faxing, and filing

•Responsible for the gathering and distribution of daily mail to employees throughout the organization.

•Communicates with carriers to obtain commission statements, if needed.

•Communicates with Account Managers and other company personnel to resolve discrepancies

•Performs other duties or projects as assigned.


Requirements

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

•High School Diploma 

•Advanced course work in bookkeeping or accounting 

•2 years finance and accounting experience preferred
