We are seeking individuals with a strong drive for success, a passion for continuous learning and growth, and the ability to consistently deliver exceptional results to fill the role of Director, Marketing. The Director, Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that align with the company’s business goals and enhance our brand presence in the insurance market. This individual will lead a team of marketing professionals to create, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and branding efforts that resonate with our target audiences and drive lead generation.


  • Develops and executes a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives, positioning Relation as a trusted and innovative insurance brokerage firm.
  • Leads, mentors, and inspires a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative environment that drives excellence in execution and delivers measurable results.
  • Oversees the development and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual elements across all marketing channels.
  • Creates and manages integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and more. Monitors campaign performance and iterates strategies for optimal results.
  • Drives Relation’s digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media, to increase online visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Develops and oversees the creation of compelling and informative content that educates Relation’s audience about insurance products, industry trends, and risk management.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Establishes and nurtures relationships with industry partners, associations, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance our market presence and drive collaborative marketing efforts.
  • Utilizes data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, tracks key performance indicators, and provides regular reports to leadership.
  • Manages the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
  • Other duties as assigned. 



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading and implementing marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing initiatives.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Previous marketing experience within the insurance or financial services industries.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, services, and industry trends.
