POSITION SUMMARY

The Carrier Migration Support Specialist will provide support and expertise for Relation’s newly acquired agencies ensuring all agency appointments and contracts are converted post acquisition. This position will work collaboratively with the Carrier Migration team as well as various stakeholders across the business.


A GLIMPSE INTO THE POSITION

  • Initiates and oversees carrier migration process for newly acquired agencies 
  • Prepares all paperwork required for contracts and agreements with carriers
  • Serves as a liaison between the acquired agency, carrier, and Relation’s legal department
  • Coordinates accounting forms and banking updates
  • Assists with data collection from acquired agencies
  • Records, updates, and maintains tracking and project spreadsheets
  • Provides weekly status reports to management
  • Conducts weekly calls with acquired agencies and other internal stakeholders 
  • Identifies and provides recommendation for process improvements
  • Performs other related duties and/or projects as assigned

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 2+ years of experience in administration, operations, or professional      services required
  • Experience in the insurance industry preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency with MS Office product suite (Excel, Word, etc.) required
